Diamond cubes chicken with lychee creamy rum ginger sauce and caschew nut for Bon Apetite..De Candlelight Dinner !!


  •  Have u try this special wonderbar dish??

This is a fine cuisine's ,it is neither Chinese nor western ...

but it is a taste of both....

try this recipes when u want an intimate candle light dinner....with white wine only

Stir fry in olive oil the chicken meat (cube )

semi cook it...then add

some milk (30 ml) to boil  together with lychee juice

 add a dash  ginger juice  along the way...

simmer it slowly for 2 minutes when ready

add in the semi half lychee (few pieces)

throw in  tiny cup of  roasted cashew nut...

give it another 1/2 Min's to heat up all the fruit and nut...

make sure it is not over cook...especially the cashew nut...

dash it with a rum before scooping out from the pan or wok...

accompany with a white steamy fragrance rice or boil  Italian spaghetti noodles ...

Voila !! Bon  Appetite..De Candlelight Jenuer
